The outstanding 2003 Cabernet Sauvignon Estate boasts a deep ruby/purple color along with additional aromatic nuances, including melted licorice, black truffles, incense, cherries, black currants, and berries. The wood component is nicely masked by the wine’s complexity and wealth of concentration. In the mouth, it is full-bodied, somewhat backward, with high tannin, laser-like focus, and a long, pure finish displaying impressive finesse and overall harmony. Anticipated maturity: 2010-2025.

October 2006
Impressive for its rich, plush, complex core of black cherry, currant, mocha and cedar notes. Sharply focused, intense and persistent, the flavors fan out on the finish, coating the palate. Best from 2007 through 2012. 3,300 cases made.
