The 2007 Foreshadow Cabernet Sauvignon (with 7% Merlot, 3% Cabernet Franc, and 2% Petit Verdot in the blend) reveals aromas of Asian spices, a hint of balsamic, mineral, and black currant. Medium to full-bodied on the palate, it has plenty of spice and savory notes, good balance, and a medium-long finish. It will offer prime drinking from 2012 to 2022.
